Plagiarism Policy
Community Service of Science upholds strict anti-plagiarism policies to ensure the integrity and originality of published works. All submissions are checked for plagiarism using reliable detection software as part of the initial screening process. The following guidelines are observed:
-
Original Work Requirement: All submitted manuscripts must be the original work of the authors and must not contain any form of plagiarism, including verbatim copying, close paraphrasing, or unattributed use of another author’s work.
-
Citation and Attribution: Proper citation and attribution are required for any content, ideas, data, or images from other sources. Failure to acknowledge these sources may lead to the rejection of the manuscript.
-
Self-Plagiarism: Authors are discouraged from reusing significant parts of their previously published work without appropriate citations. Redundant publication, where authors submit identical or very similar content to multiple journals, is not allowed.
-
Consequences of Plagiarism: If plagiarism is detected at any stage of the review or publication process, the manuscript will be rejected. In cases of confirmed plagiarism after publication, the article may be retracted and the authors' institutions may be notified.
By submitting a manuscript to Community Service of Science, authors agree to adhere to this policy. This commitment to ethical publishing practices is essential to maintaining the journal's reputation and ensuring the quality of the scholarly work we publish.
